My Promise to you:
If your purchased item has a part that is malfunctioning/chipped/cracked, contact me and I promise to make it right. Send back the defective item and I will fix the flaw. I guarantee the greatest quality products. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please let me know, and I will do everything I can to resolve the situation. I stand behind all my pieces so you can have some peace of mind when purchasing an item from me.
First and foremost: I respect your privacy. I will never share, sell, or trade your information to any third party. Period.
When you order through my website I do not have access to your credit card information or banking information. I use STRIPE as my processor and follow their security protocols to the “T”. I also use McAfee Secure on my website, which is shown on every page in the bottom left corner.
Your name and address will only be used to deliver your products and to inform you of any changes that happen. If you join my news letter, that information will only be used to notify you of any new products or updates.
I value my privacy, and respect yours, so feel confident when purchasing from me.
As stated in my promise to you, if there is anything wrong with the product(s) you ordered, I will do everything I can to make it right. If you receive a product with any damages please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will work with you to make sure that your item is fixed/remade or refunded.
However, because most of my work is unique, one-of-a-kind, I do not issue returns/refunds unless there are defects in the product(s).

To request a custom project, contact me via email or on my contact page. I will get in touch with you to work out the details. All payments will go through my website. I will create a private, custom item only you can access to securely pay.
For all custom orders, I require 1/2 the total cost down when the order is approved. This is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-prorated to any other product.
